This unit is an
engineered draft of our smallest mini-storage unit shown for demonstration purposes. This is BUILT ON SITE on your property and is an all galvanized tubing steel structure!

This Mini-storage utility shed style steel building is in our minimum width of 12' (can easily increase to 18' 20' 22' or even 24' wide) and in our minimum length of 20' (which can be longer in 5' increments). It is 8' tall to accommodate a 6'x7' roll up door and 80 tall walk-thru door but can easily go taller in height. This example has one window added with a 6'x7' roll up door and a walk thru door . Each of those items including width length & height is fully customizable to your liking.

Newly built prices might be different and depend largely on customized features for each customer.
