This unit is an engineered draft of a small one car garage/storage building with lean to shown here for demonstration purposes. This garage building is fully enclosed in width of 12' (can go wider in 2' increments) and in a length of 20' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments). It is 9'' tall to accommodate the 8'x8' roll up door. We've also added a walk thru door and two windows to the left side. This garage has an 8' x 20' x 7' covered lean to on the right side. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking.

Newly built prices might be different and depend largely on customized features for each customer.
