These non-connected units measure 18' wide, 40' in depth/length, and 12' leg heights, which provides an approx. center clearance of 14' 3" in 3/12 roof pitch.
These are VERTICAL orientation roof only without optional end gable enclosures (for more center height clearance) but do have 3' optional side panels.

Lets start with a Vertical Style Roof (with its enhanced framing) across the structures, including 3' side panels.

18' x 40' x 12' Open Carport with VERTICAL Roof, both ends open, and 3' side panels both sides: $5254.00 each.
Quantity 5: just $26,270.00 + tax INSTALLED on your park or resort. Quantity 10: just $52,540.00 + tax INSTALLED on your park or resort.

(NOTE: Center clearance in 18' wide with 12' legs is approx. 14' 3" with this 3/12 roof pitch.)

As configured, these structures are engineer rated for 140 mph wind load and 35 psf snow load. Can be upgraded wind or snow load as required for additional cost in coastal or mountain regions.

This can of course be adjusted in size, wider, shorter or taller. (Units can easily go longer than 40' only with this VERTICAL roof style structure and also cannot therefore be connected together in this style.)
