20' x 24' x 10' One or Two Car Flat Truss / Roof Garage

Here's a unique design utilizing a A-Frame style FLAT TRUSS and roof. In this non-gabled style of building, we generally use either a natural slope or block one end of the base by a couple inches to give the building a ever-so-gradual slope to the front or back for water drainage. Although we don't commonly build this "flat roof" structure in heavier snow load areas, they are quite popular in the southern warmer regions from Georgia/Flordia to Texas (including LA, MS, AL) but can also be built across AR, TN, SC or NC. Sizes are customizable to your preference in 2' width increments, 4' depth increments, and 1' height increments. We have a number of door and window options, and the leg height needs to be at least 2' above the largest roll up door height selected.
