Also features twelve 30"x36" windows, two 9-lite walk-in doors & one solid door, as well as one 10'x10' roll up door. Ready for interior build out & finishing @ just $37,350.00 + tax for the building, installed.

Being local to us, we also installed the 40' x 70' x 4" concrete pad (additional), and our Spray Foam team going in soon to insulate (additional).
