American Steel Buildings Fully Enclosed RV/Boat 10-unit storage facility building. 10x enclosed stalls each 40' deep x 14' wide x 13' tall. Building is 140' long on the ground with 13' leg height to accommodate 12' x 12' roll up doors on each stall. Entire exterior upgraded to 26-gauge heavy metal with 9 interior walls of standard 29-gauge metal included in this price. We've added 1/4 Double Bubble Radiant Barrier to the roof on this particular example and is factory install included in the price.

This unit features horizontal metal orientation for sides/ends with vertical orientation on the roof only. Features doubled (or laddered option) 14-gauge standard 2 1/2 galvanized tube framing which can also upgrade to doubled (or laddered) 12-gauge 2 1/4 galvanized tube framing. This unit prices at $157806.00 + tax as configured.

We can customize these buildings to your size requirements. We do however recommend no more than 10-15 units total per building for fire-break purposes.

Concrete services available upon request within 75 miles of Houston. Add building only interior slab at 40'x140' recommended at 5 thick (24 on center #3 rebar) for $36400.00 additional sold separately. Add optional 1'x1' reinforcement beam under the entry side (140') for $2450.00 additional. Additional exterior concrete pads and/or parking at 4 or 5 upon request.
