64' x 100' x 15' Church, Manufacturing, Metal Building

This building is 30' wide in the center with dual 20' lean-to wings (70' total width). The enclosed area is 85' deep in both the main and wings with a 15' covered porch area off the front leaving the main roofline at 101' total. The main legs are 15' tall with the outer wing legs at 9' leaving room at the connection point for 7 windows in 30x30 on each upper side. Add 20 additional windows in 30x30 all around mostly lower level and a total of 4 walk-in doors with 9-lite. Could easily be modified to add roll-up doors anywhere for full barndo style use (part living quarter part shop). We have upgraded this example with white & black color-matched screws throughout. Comes in just under $90k. We do offer concrete pads locally (with 60 miles of our offices in Beasley TX) and can add the pad sold separately for an additional $37200.00 upon request.
