Total Purchase Limits for Rent-To-Own "Flex-Lease" are $20,000 maximum value less the value of your down payment (usually 12-18% down payment/deposit) to order. We have a $2000 minimum amount. You must be able to verify ownership of the property (owned or purchasing) where the building will be installed. RTO is available to you on almost any steel structure offered by American Steel Structures under $20,000.00, and is available in 45+ continental U.S. states.
