We are so excited to announce our new proprietary Flat Roof Carport Series! Pictured are two new demo units just installed here at our showroom center here in Beasley, Texas! Must see in person! They're simply spectacular compared to some of the other junk on the market out there! No gabled or pitched roof here. Just an extremely well supported, low-profile, flat roof structure in either Rounded Corners or Boxed/Squared Corners style.

The Blue unit above is 18’ wide, 20’ deep & has 8’ legs! This unit also features 3’ side panels with trim, and the sides can be enclosed to the ground upon request. Great for installation across your driveway coming off your garage, or stand alone anywhere on your property. This rounded-corner style, with zig-zag web-truss, is available up to 30’ wide, and as deep as you want to go in 5’ increments. Extend the height in 1’ increments starting at 6’ up to 12’ tall! Your choice of 13 colors, shown here in blue with white trim.

The Copper Unit above is 20’ wide, 20’ deep & has 8’ legs! This unit features end trim over the trusses, plus eve trim along the sides and 1.5’ side panels with trim, and side panels can be 3’ or fully enclosed to the ground upon request. THIS demo unit here also features two major upgrades with a beautiful special-order “copper penny” color steel roof, also in “upgraded” 26-gauge metal (from standard 29-gauge). Great for installation across your driveway coming off your garage, or stand alone anywhere on your property. This boxed/squared corner style with doubled-truss & hat-channel grid, is available up to 24’ wide, and as deep as you want to go in 5’ increments. Extend the height in 1’ increments starting at 6’ up to 12’ tall! Your choice of 13 colors, even special order upgraded 26g Copper Penny roof and trim as shown here, for just 10% more.

Start with your base size below for your starting cost, then add your Leg Height charge, decide to cover the ends or not, pick your style of side panels (half panel, full panel, fully enclosed or none - one or both sides), add optional mobile-home or concrete anchors for Ground Mount (no additional charge for concrete mount with concrete anchors). Select 26g upgrade or not. Add sales tax at YOUR local rate, and that's your price INSTALLED on your level land or concrete pad, anywhere in Texas (and a little beyond). Will generally be installed with a slight slope to the front or back (as you request) for drainage.

ANCHORING

Concrete pad installations are anchored direct to your concrete with concrete anchor bolts installed at no additional charge. Dirt or Gravel pad installations are anchored direct to the ground with rebar spikes installed at no additional charge. To add MOBILE HOME auger anchors, add $40 each. To add in-the-ground concrete anchors buried 2' down with added 8' leg attached, add $150 each. Recommended quantity for either mobile home auger anchors or in-the-ground concrete anchors: Qty: 4 for sizes 12x20 through sizes 24x25, - Qty: 6 for anything larger. 

UPGRADE: Upgrade your sheet metal from 29g to 26g, add 10% of total price. 

TOTAL ORDER PRICE: Add all your add-ons to your starting base price for the size selected, then add sales tax at YOUR local rate for the final price. Terms are 15% down to order, 85% on completion. Normal leads times 2-4 weeks depending on location.
