storage facility building. 10x enclosed stalls each 50' deep x 14' wide.
Building is 140' long on the ground with 13' leg height to accommodate 12' x
12' roll up doors on each stall. 9 interior walls included in the price.

This unit features Vertical metal orientation roof &
Horizontal metal orientation sides. Can upgrade to vertical side metal
orientation. Features doubled (or laddered) 14-gauge standard 2
1/2 galvanized framing can upgrade to doubled or laddered 12-gauge
2 galvanized framing. Features 26-gauge sheet metal outside with 29-gauge interior walls. Can
do entire building to 29-gauge sheet metal for about $10k less.

We can customize these buildings to your size requirements.
We do however recommend no more than 10-15 units total per building for fire-break
purposes.

Concrete services available upon request within 75 miles of
Houston. Add building only interior slab at 50'x140' (recommended at 5
thick) (with 24 on center #3 rebar) for $45500.00 additional sold separately.
Add optional 1'x1' reinforcement beam under the entry side (140') for $2450.00
additional. Additional exterior concrete pads and/or parking at 4 or
5 thickness upon request.
